Available in packs of 10 and 30
1 tablet daily for adults and children older than 14 years. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in one glass of water. Then drink the contents of the whole glass. If symptoms persist, see your health care provider. Not to be used in children under 14 years of age. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
